The Types of the Wet Materials in the Drying Process

As for the nature of the wet material, the drying operation of the dryer machine is to removal part or all of the moisture, the wet material is usually composed of by various types of dry skeleton (absolutely dry material) and liquid. Different wet materials have different nature of the physical, chemical, structural mechanics, and biochemistry. Although all parameter will affect the drying process, the most important factor is the type of moisture, the binding mode of the moisture and the skeleton and the structure of the skeleton.
The wet materials have many types, based on the water features in the drying process, it can be divided into:
(1) Colloidal materials. Such kind of materials in the process of drying will significantly change the size, but retains its elastic properties.
(2) Capillary porous materials. They will become brittle in the drying process; there is a slight contraction, after the drying, it can be crushed into powder, such as sand, composite resin charcoal and other materials.
(3) Colloidal capillary porous materials. The name suggests, they should have both the characteristics of the above two materials, i.e., the pores wall is elastic, the expansion will occur after it is wet such as peat, wood and leather.
(4) Hygroscopic materials. Most of the material pores are the micro porous channels, there is the bound water inside the material, but the vapor pressure that the water bears is less than the vapor pressure of pure water under the same temperature.
(5) Semi-hygroscopic materials. It refers to those that have a large bore, carbon fabricScouts use a special kind of knife sets. These allow them to learn a lot about surviving out in the woods if they get lost or something else happens. There are a lot of these knives that are available.cc compositecarbon plate though there is the bound water and the vapor pressure that the water bears is less than the vapor pressure of pure water under the same temperature, it is only slightly lower than the vapor pressure of the free water surface, and that its moisture absorbing characteristics is between that of the two kinds of materials.
